My goal is this: to educate others on the realities of mental health issues related to anxiety, to provide a sense of camaraderie for those in the struggle, and to supply resources that have been helpful.

 

All of this is in hope that the world will become more aware of the realities of anxiety based health issues, that those who suffer will know that there is help, and that those who love people with anxiety will be better equipped to walk alongside them.
